Ido Simyoni for the cover of NorthWell Cancer Center’s Annual Report
I had a fantastic time creating the cover of Northwell Health Cancer Institute’s annual report with Ido Simyoni, who has gained fame on Instagram as @ido8all. Ido’s story is defiant: a survivor of a rare tumor, he went on to run all six of the world’s major marathons twice. In the cover photo, he is seen holding the medals which commemorate this double feat.
You’d never know it from looking at him, but the doctors at the Northwell Cancer Institute constructed a brand new forehead for him.
